Startin’ A New Life

Geez..we don’t have connection at home which limits me in updating my blog. Yeah I can view my blog at work (just what Im doing right now) but I cannot access my wordpress dashboard, because dansguardian don’t permit, whaa!!!!

Hope everything will be okay before the week ends or else, I’ll be insane!

I was so lazy to cook something for today’s lunch so hubz and I had wheat bread with strawberry jam and cold milk (non fat). Besides I’m gaining little weight so instead of having rice, the wheat bread will be a nice replacement for weight conscious person that I am. Also I am imposing a diet program for hubz since he do wanted to shed the extra pounds. Wish us luck!

Now…off we go to the supermarket. Hope everyone are having a splendid Sunday!

Sabi ko na nga ba eh…

I hate watching tearjerker movies or tv programs like MMk. Tonight’s episode made me a cry baby once again. sniff..sniff…sniff. Hay, iyakin talaga ako.

Si bunso, sobrang pihikan . Kaya sa edad nya malapit na mag trenta (o trenta na yata) hindi pa niya napipili ang taong magpapatibok ng kanyang puso. Maganda naman siya, may nanliligaw, ngunit sadyang mapili. Kaya naman si itay at inay madalas siya kulitin at tanungin kung kaylan siya magkaka boyfriend, Pati tuloy ako nangangamba noon na baka tumandang dalaga siya. Ito naman si bunso ang tangi lamang nyang sagot ay “in God’s perfect timing.” Naisip ko na lang noon, sige panghahawakan ko ito, hindi ako maiinip para sa iyo.

Kaya isang araw galing sa opisina, tinawag ako ng aking nanay mula sa kabilang bahay at pinapupunta ako sa silid ni bunso (nasa opisina pa rin si bunso, nag overtime yata)….at eto ang aking nakita…

Aba…abah…aba!!!!!..In God’s perfect timing nga! Sa wakas…

So ayun na, kwento nga ni nanay na ang ginoo na sumusuyo ke bunso ay naka kadestino sa Singapore at uuwi sa kanyang kaarawan sa Oktubre. Sana nga matuloy, sana nga totoo, dalangin ko na sana sya na nga ang taong kahati ng kanyang puso at matuloy sa pag iisang dibdib.

Oo nga pala eto ang aking lahok para sa Litaratong Pinoy. Dalawin ang iba dito, alam ko maiibigan nyo ang kanya kanyang kwento tungkol sa pag iisang dibdib.

The spongebob coin purse, the purple cellphone case and the pink star shaped massager are 120 pesos each at Funky Find. Guess I’ll be buying more stuffs from their store since all the items they have are super duper cute. Uohhhh….impulsive impulsive!!!!

Hmmm… this photo was taken by my ever dearest husband. I promise to post this but can’t think of anything to write. I’ve been in front of the pc thinking for 2 hours but nothing and what is worse I can’t give a title for this. So if you please kindly help me.

Can you think of any title or caption for the picture. Hubz will appreciate it I’m sure.

Friday night was a relaxing one. Since Hubz was on a gimmick, I spend my night at a salon for a facial and hair treatment. Decided to change the color of my locks and Im loving it.

After spending almost 5 hours at the salon, Went to The Coffee Bean and got a yummy serving of chicago chessecake and a large mocha latte, Yummy indulgence
This is life…happiness on simple things.

Great weekend to all!

A typhoon is whirling the city. It’s raining really hard. The roads are slippery, the scene is not that visible. It’s scary to be on the streets right?

Have you been into this situation. Driving in the middle of a typhoon. Care to share you experience.

Huwebes na naman…araw na naman ng Litratong Pinoy. Para sa araw na ito, ang ating tema ay Ihip ng Hanging.

Napili ko ang larawang ito na ibahagi.
Ang mga pahina ng aklat ay para bang sumasayaw at sumasabay sa ihip ng hangin na nagmumula sa aming bentilador. Ang ganda nya pamasdan. Para bang nang-aakit at nagsasabi na basahin mo ako.

Ang kauna unahang nobela na aking nabasa at natapos (maliban sa EL PIli at Noli) eh yung Changes ni Danielle Steel. Naiyak ako sa kwento. Hindi pa ako nakuntento, inulit ko pa basahin. Natatawa nga sa akin ang kapatid ko noon kasi malamang daw hindi ko raw naintindihan ang kwento,hehehe. Pangangatwiran ko naman, marami kasing highlights ang librong iyon, kaya masarap siya ulitin. Bwhahaha!

Anyway…sabi ko nga kay sarap gawing pampalipas oras nung mga panahong iyon ang pagbabasa. Ngayon uso na kasi ang internet at ebooks. Gayun pa man, bumibili pa rin ako ng mga libro, hindi pa rin ako nagsasawa magbasa ng mga ito. Para sa akin, walang katapat ang ligayang naibibigay nito.

had a wonderful breakfast with hubz.
On leave since it’s a holiday in our US office.
Was able to bloghop and surf without the filtering as what we have at work, yebah.

I am contented…

why?
Had a glass of warm milk with raisin bread a while ago…yummy.
Had a warm shower and used the green tea cream bath, so relaxing.

I am positive…

why?
I started the day right. I know, the rest of the day will be fruitful for me.

Another empty workplace…another silence made….

An officemate who filed for a leave of absence last month emailed informing us that she is leaving her post. She’s been in the company for five months. Though I am not really that close, somehow she and the team shared bonding moments, I will miss this bubbly girl for sure.

It made me really sad, two good friends resigned in our department already….and now, we’re only five left, so you could imagine how quiet we are. Hope the company will soon find replacement to keep the department lively again. Oh well, that is life, you can never make stable officemates but only stable friends.

It was 2003 when I meet Toni through an egroup. It was a month before our respective wedding (we have the same wedding date) so we often chat and ask a little about our wedding preparations. Then after the wedding, our affinity did not end there, we still chat and make small talks about the wifey life. Then I found out that she has a blog, she was with blogger then. I became a constant reader from blogger to Marikit to her new home (believe me this girl is all over the blogosphere). I love reading her entries because it’s not only informative and amusing but also covers topics everything under the sun.

I have a lot of great reads from her blog, one of this which I couldn’t forget was her conversation with Mr. D about the laundry. It made me laugh a lot. It was so funny and so sweet. In short kinilig ako.

Toni…thanks for inspiring me to blog. You’ve been a great friend and Im hoping in our 5 years of online friendship, I could meet you in person. Happy anniv to you and Mr. D too. As I’ve said, your one couple I admire. Keep the love burning.

Huwebes na naman at ang ibig sabihin ay araw na naman ng Litratongpinoy. Kaya heto na naman ako at magbabahagi ng isang larawan para sa tema ngayon linggo na Tubig.

Ang larawan nasa itaas ay kuha ko nakaraang buwan lamang ng ako at ang aking asawa ay namasyal sa Metro Market Market sa may Taguig. Isa sa mga main attraction nila doon ay ang fountain. Ang ganda nya pag masdan dahil, iba iba ang movement ng tubig. Me paputol putol, may tuwid na pataas at mayroon din maliit na pag buga ng tubig. Kaya nga maraming bata (isa na kami dun, hehehe) ang nag tipon sa harap ng fountain at nanood na para bang may pelikulang pinapalabas ng siya ay pinapaandar na. Nakakaaliw, nakakarelax siya lalo na ng pagod na isip :).
