I greeted hubs with this personalized greeting card last night 
bake this rich dark chocolate cake for him on the eve of valentine.
What you now…my favorite fluffy blanket has this heart shape design. I just notice this when Toni asked for the heart pic hunt
My smiling heart shaped pillows.
My black kidada bracelet has a heart charm.
Hmmmm….seems that the symbol of love is everywhere in our place. That’s why everyday is a valentine with hubs. Hope everyone did have a great V-day

Simple lang ang buhay. Mahirap kung pinapahirap pero madali kung papadaliin.
Well I’ve been telling this to a friend, who’s been so down so negative and so stubborn. She’s losing her faith to God. She’s been doing lots of things that even make her situation worse. She has her own family but broke up with her husband. She has relatives but she think they don’t care. Lots of things been happening to her that makes things very complicated.
Another friend texted me and asked if I’ll still make friends with N even though lots of bad gossips been running around the office. I texted back…of course I will. Now is the time that she really needs a friend. Though she’s not listening to our advices…I wont give up. Though she lies in her stories. I’ll still listen to her. I’ll still give respect to her. During this time…she badly needs a friend who’ll understand.
I know this is the best I can do to help her

Since I’ve found him already, let me enumerate his qualities that I like
1. I like it when he kisses me in the morning. It’s the first thing he does before getting up from bed. We’ve been married for almost 3 years and his morning kisses are becoming much sweeter everyday.
2. He may not be the sweetest guy on earth but he surely surprises me with lot of things. He may not be the kind of guy who gives chocolate and roses on valentines, but tell you, he can give expensive gifts once I asked it for him.
3. He loves my cooking and I love the way he appreciated every meal that I do.
4. He is attentive in every thing that I asked for him. Once I asked for a blender, after a few days, I was opening the box of the blender he bought for me. Once I asked for a brand new JVC TV…then after a few days, I found myself at the appliance center looking for the nice tv that I want.
5. He loves to give me a hard message when Im tired from work.
6. He asks sorry even thought it’s my fault 
7. He never gets mad of me.
8. He so understanding.
….and I thank God for giving me this not so perfect but loving husband. (Hopes he reads this entry)

Sopas. A bowl of this warm dish isn’t enough for me in one seating. With lots of pepper and crispy cabbage. This will surely make my day great
Sisig.Yum yum…this is dj’s favorite. Just imagine… top with lots of onions and pepper flakes and a squeeze of calamansi. Oh la la la. That’s why most of the the time hubby goes home early when I cook this dish. It really really works
Sinigang. Who would not love this food. The tasteful soup and the yummy meat. Perfect. A dish I always love to prepare and it never fails to please those hungry tummy
Tokwa’t baboy. Another favorite, You see I just love hot spicy food. With this dish, I put lots of pepper flakes. No matter how hot it is, I still enjoy eating it. Darn Im really getting hungry huh…
Pasta. I just love pasta. One thing good with it, you could just put anything, from the plain tomato sauce to the fancy sauces. Aside from that it’s easy to prepare. I love my pasta with mushroom and green bell pepper. It just adds an extra ordinary taste to my pasta. Hmmm yummm.
Pochero. The first time I tasted it, I fell in love with the taste. The combination of the tomato sauce and the sweetness of the banana saba make this dish so so good. I tried making this for the first time 2 months ago. And it was a hit with the family. They just love it. Really getting hungry, do I have to finish this
Chicken fillet. Another favorite of mine. One time, I get bored with the usual chicken cooking I’ve been doing, so I tried making something different. This chicken fillet is a very easy dish. I wrapped the chicken pieces with bacon and put a slice of red bell pepper, and then I grilled it. Tadah…something new huh.
Bulalo. When we visit Tagaytay, we always make it a point to have a bowl of steaming hot bulalo soup. Ang sarap. Just imagine the meat dip in fish sauce with calamasi. So divine. Then eating the bone marrow with rice, mas masarap. Hmmm…namiss ko bigla tagaytay.
Caldereta. I so love it. My mom cooks a mean caldereta which most family member requests this during family gathering. I have my own version of this caldereta, which is my potluck contribution, this coming Christmas; it’s their first time to taste my caldereta. Hope they’ll love it. Really getting hungry na
I love this dish beef and mushroom in oyster sauce because, it’ so easy to do. so tasty and it has mushroom. See I just love this cutie umbrella. Can I have a rice now, yummm…did I say Im hungry na
Now I know how it feel. Finishing this meme only makes me go nuts. Imagine, I want to eat but I can’t, it’s past 2am, it’s too late to eat. Anyway, Im tagging all those people who loves to eat and learning to cook. I know whom you are so better answer this meme na

TWENTY YEARS AGO
Im at grade V-2. I was studying very hard because I aim to be in section 1 before I graduate grade school and I was the next school year.
I was still playing outside our house. I received my first love letter from my classmate Matthew. Love watching Punky Brewster (sorry don’t know if it was 20 years ago or more)
FIFTEEN YEARS AGO
Im at my last year in H.S. I was busy with things regarding school because I’m a graduating student. I had my first bf that lasted for a year. I was exempted at C.A.T because Im a choir member. I passed the NCEE and took entrance exams at different university and still undecided what to take in college. Start reading Sweet Dreams
TEN YEARS AGO
I finish college and got my first job after 3 months. I broke up with my college bf. I started going to gimmicks with college friends and officemates. I haven’t got a chance when I was studying. My father was very strict. I started to learn cooking pansit bihon at spaghetti.
FIVE YEARS AGO 2000
Been spending my 3rd year with my not-so-good-bf. We had a love hate relationship. August 19, 2000 was my first day at my present employer.
THREE YEARS AGO 2002
I met this wonderful guy na I was married wih the next year

Was a more loving year for us.
THIS YEAR
I’ll be out of the work force and decided to have a small computer business: D

1. WHAT ARE THE THINGS YOU ENJOY DOING EVEN WHEN THERE’S NO ONE AROUND YOU?
Reading a good book. It’s the only time I can make a serious reading, no one will make kulit.
Sometimes, I just go and sit out at the park and read or watch people.
Do sketches, most of the time my creativity comes out when Im alone.
Took pictures of anything that I see as a good subject.
2. WHAT LOWERS YOUR STRESS/ BLOOD PRESSURE/ ANXIETY LEVEL?
Well, if say I’m stress-out, I talk to close friends to vent out. Sometimes, if Im really depress, talking to friends while crying is helpful in taking the negative feelings away.
Another thing that I do, I write down all my worries, depression or whatever bad things I feel in a sheet of paper, I crumple it or tear it then throw it in a trash. It works well for Me.
If the feeling is very extreme, I shout, a one good shout. Through this, I release the tension that I have. But this thing is not advisable, the neighbors may get annoy,he he he
Talking to hubby. He indeed knows how to make me feel comfy and relieve from all my worries.

Wait and Find January 21, 2005

The other day, a college friend emailed me. I noticed a familiar name in her thread. It was JH. A classmate in college and a bosom friend. It’s been 10 year since I last saw JH. So I emailed her, said my hello and asked about being married with D (also a classmate), they got married when we were at 2nd Year College
The next day, she replied. According to her, she is okay and happy and has 2 kids. But she and Mr. D was separated for 4 years already.
From there my heart moved. I knew they were inseparable during our college days. They we’re so sweet and for me they are a perfect couple. I envied them during our college years. Yup, I am also involve in a relationship, but not as serious as what they have. After a couple of months of my relationship with my BF, we broke up. I did have a couple of relationship after that. I broke up again, cried and found somebody else, that’s how love plays with me. Some of my friends believed that I could handle the painful part of the relationship, the breaking up. But the truth is, I’m hurting and my heart is crying. That’s why I envied JH and D so much. How come they found the real love. How come I cannot find the right person.
After graduation, I haven’t got any news about this couple. I’ve still been into some unsuccessful relationship but finally found my great love when I was 28. Got married when I was 29. So up to this moment, I’m very much happy with him.
From this, I’ve learned that God know the right timing, He knows who is the best for you. Just wait…

A New life and A farewell December 19, 2004

My close friend, LP just called me a while ago. She’s inviting me at her wedding this coming 22nd of the month. I was surprised, really I am. Know why, because she was once married (at the age of 20) twelve years ago. But she and her former husband separated after a couple of months of being married. She told me that everything is okay and things are settled between her and her ex. I may not know anything about the legal proceeding on this matter but I know her decision on getting married isn’t right. But again, I don’t want to interfere, it’s her life, Im just here to give her a sisterly advice, if she’s happy with her new found love I’m happy for her too.
Aside from the wedding event, another news shocked me, her younger sister, AP died of brain cancer last Aug. 26. What… Questions starts to tickle my mind. Why didn’t LP told me when her sister died ,it’s been months, AP was a close friend also. LP said that AP’s death was unexpected that they didn’t had the time to tell it to close friends. Only relatives was informed. I was sad because I wasn’t able to say my last goodbye. I again asked her if it’s the right time to get married, her family is in grief. It was her sister’s request for them to get married before the year-ends. So that answers my questions.
Anyway, when I heard the news about AP’s death, I was shocked. I thought that the chemo went out okay. I thought that she was a cancer survivor. But I was wrong, the chemo didn’t helped her. Right now, tears are falling from my eyes. I know I cannot be with AP again and share some secrets about wifehood or just chat and enjoy laughing but my heart is happy for her because all her suffering from pain is over. To you AP wherever you are right now, I will always remember you as a sexy good friend and I will always cherish our joyful moments together.
