I am not really much off a fan of papaitan. I have never imagine, that I will cook this in my kitchen until one day the husband said. Luto ka papaitan…with a grim face…I answered – welll okay will try.
I love dinuguan but not this dish, It has a distinct smell kasi and I really find it mapait (kaya nga papaitan)…arte lang hahaha.
Anyway, it was 2 weeks ago when I finally tried my first papaitan cooking adventure. Madali lang pala and since I did the cooking, I adjusted the bitterness level.
I was good and yes I think I am starting to love this dish,

i’ve tasted papaitan already buti na lang at hindi mapait ang pagkakaluto. ang nagpasarap dito yung lamang luob hehehe
