I still have quezo de bola inside my fridge from last Christmas. So I’ve been adding it a lot in most of my weekend cooking like caldereta, pasta and pies.
Like last weekend, I added shredded quezo de bola over my nachos and cheese sauce. Yumm…
The husband and I enjoyed watching our favorite tv show while munching these cheesy chips. Sarap nya in fairness. Kahit cheese lang on top. Plain, simple and good. 
Next time, will add ground beef and veggies to make it more yummy….oh men calories hahaha!
Nachos and cheese anyone?
ay, bet ko din ito! we used the remaining half of our queso de bola in my sister’s birthday pasta kaya ubos na. hirap lang kasi pag nag-Nachos kami sa bahay, nag-aaway mga tao at ubos agad! haha!

hahaha ako din mau natirang queso de bola from last year. dahil hindi ko maubos dinala ko sa ofc at sila ang naka ubos.
