But….when these free stuff are free because you were given a serving of spoiled beef noodles, I guess that is a different story. Yun na!
Tanong ko lang, hindi ba naamoy ng cook yung soup. Pag open ko pa lang ng bowl, Hubz and I smelled the spoiled broth. Hindi pa ko nakontento, tinikman ko. Confirmed…Panis and soup nyo! Grabe! Me sipon ka kuya cook? Hays…
I returned the bowl and asked for a replacement, when the replacement was serve to us, I talked to the manager. He asked sorry for the awful service. He gave this 2 servings of halu-halo for free. Okay fine. Buti na lang I am not masungit that time kung hindi, natalakan kita manager.
Anyway…I wont ever come back to this branch again and will try not to eat in all it’s branches. Burado na kayo sa list ko! tse!

the chairs, the halo-halo, that plastic bowl and cover on the right side… confiiiiiiirmed!!! ^_^ wag na natin ibulgar ang pangalan. saang branch na lang para naman maging careful ako… soup pa naman habol ko diyan sa kanila ngayon lalo na di na sila nagse-serve ng congee. (YUN NA!)

dati nag apologize sa comment thread ko ang secret recipe at smart bro. tapos nagrant din ako about krispy kreme dati pero perhaps they never read blogs or do not know my blog exists. haha! concerned PR managers of established restos and whatnot do their work well.
when i blog about good reviews of pepper lunch, the owner himself, jeroen (husband of CVS) commented few times and was grateful.

oh my grabe naman yung cook. kung ako siguro mabubuwisit talaga. paano pa kaya yung ibang customers na titikim nung soup na iyon. dapat tinalakan mo. hehehe pero wais din yung manager alam how to cool you down :p
hehehe. chowking kaw na! yun nga para maging lamig ang ulo nyo halo-halo ang naging free. bonggels! keri lang teh. naranasan ko ring yang poor service na yan. pero iba na kapag ang sinerve ay panis.
