Every day, I make it a point to have a serving of fruits. What I usually do, I buy a pack of mix cut-up fruits at the supermarket near the office. It cost 49 pesos and it’s ready to eat. I just put in a bowl and that’s it, I’m ready to nibble. No more washing, peeling and cutting. So convenient.
Sometimes, when I wanted to make my fruit bowl more interesting, I top it with yogurt. Yumm, yummm.

That’s yummy! We usually put cream in our fruit salad. I think yogurt is a healthier alternative. Will try that next time.

haven’t tried putting yogurt to my fruits….condensed milk pwede pa. but i like them the way they are.
