My secret to a Happy Monday

I agree with what health experts says that breakfast is the important meal and it  provides the fuel we need for the day. Therefore, I cannot miss it.  

If I am tamad to make sandwhich for breakfast I’d go fastfood like mcdo or jollibee (in Ayala).

Like this morning I had longanisa meal.   A heavy breakfast that is enough to keep me going throughout the entire day.

Sarap….but….

I do hope sooner, I will learn to wake up a bit earlier (I usually get up at 5:15am when going to work). So I can eat a healtier breakfast at home.

  1. i like their longganisa too. aside from the pancake, that’s what I’d order from their breakfast menu.

  3. I take my breakfast seriously because I will forever believe that it is the most important meal of any given day. Naku, namiss ko naman ang Mc Do and Jollibee dyan, walang ganyang breakfast meal dito eh.

    i have a love-hate relationship with breakfast. maybe it has something to do with which side of the bed i wake up in. sometimes i want it, sometimes i don’t. but i am sure wishing you always enjoy your breakfast in the mornings! and you are right on the healthier ones!
