The other day I made batches of mocha cupcakes for my MIL’s birthday party. I had fun doing this recipe, its been a long time since I bake cupcakes and most of all its my first time to try marshmallow frosting. So glad that her guest loved my cupcakes. 
Since I got back from Sydney, Its my 2nd time to use my oven. Why? Tinatamad ako, hahaha! But I am now sure that my baking lust is now back. This mean you’ll see more of my baking goodies here.

They look yummy. Hubby made some cupcakes the other day. I helped him with the icing but we need fresh icing ideas. This is perfect. I will give that marshmallow frosting a try. Thanks!
