i can relate, jeanny. it’s only been more than a week for me here in tokyo but with or without hassles, i miss my family so much despite our constant communication via ym voice call/webcam. i guess being away from our love ones regardless of the duration and distance, makes our love for them stronger, doesn’t it?
Lapit na yan. Try to enjoy kahit every fiber of your being wants to share everything with your hubby. I suggest get busy planning a wekend to bond when you get back. 3 days and 2 nights somewhere just the two of you. Have you seen Dyanie’s posts? Go to Siquijor for example!
hmm…i still get homesick even if i haven’t lived at my parents for several years now. it’s natural, and i’m sure you’ll have work and other things to distract you for now. just enjoy this time and soon you’ll be heading home .
