first week at work

Oh here are the health related things I learned from my one week stay at my new work.

I learned to sleep early. My latest sleep since monday was around 11pm. Before, I slept at 1am be the earliest and 3am the latest. Husband is more happier that my sleeping habit changed.

Because I sleep early, I then wake up early too. I start my day at 5:00am and I make it a point to be at the MRT quezon ave. station around 6:30am. You see, a bit late than that would mean, more people and more pushing. I hate that scenario.

I learned to wear my watch. I became more aware of the time. Unlike before, I can sleep and wake up anytime I wanted. Not that I am complaining but somehow, moving to this company teaches me how precious time really is.

I learned to take multivitamins. I want to feel best throughout the day and I know taking multivitamins will help.

I am lessening my coffee intake. It’s one to two cup a day this week. As a result I am not having trouble in sleeping.

I learned to wear closed shoes eventhough I hate it hahaha. Better find a more comfy shoes this weekend.

and lastly, I learned to smile more at work. I want to gain more friends so this would do the trick. :)

  2. congrats sis and good luck. ako sanay matulog ng maaga at gumising ng maaga para by 5am eh makaalis na ng bahay, otherwise maiipit ako ng trapik.

  12. Wow, your new work has created a new lifestyle for you and that is good. I personally think that it is high time for you to be back on your heels with something fresh but challenging, kasi sa short while that you’ve become vacant with work, it has caused you a 3-4am sleep and i pity your abused body. I am glad with the change.
