Oreo Cheesecake
November 13, 2009
Baked cheesecake last night which was for my sister’s despidida but because I made a major kapalpak with the oreo crust - I forgot to place a non stick cooking paper at the base of the pan. The result was, I did had a hard time in removing the cake from the base of the springform pan. Oh well, decided that we eat the cheesecake na lang and bring something else for her.
As the saying goes- practise makes perfect, thats what I’m lacking….. practise.
So I think It’s the perfect time for me to bake another cheesecake (to practise) for my friend who arrived from Dubai (may pasalubong akong bag, hahaha)
Again I used my favorite cheesecake recipe from dessercomefirst.
Oh it’s a weekend once again. Hope you have a relaxing one! See yah!

don’t worry about the cooking paper–it still looks good without it. and i;’m sure, ubos pa rin ‘to.:p

Last weekend gumawa naman ng blueberry cheese si misis. She plans to make a baked one naman pero yung crust nya made of cookie dough. Sana magawa.
