One evenining, I prepared daing na bangus for dinner…
Me: Sarap ba?
Is it yummy?
Him: Oo masarap..abah. pati ba naman to gawa mo?
Yes, it’s delicious….dont tell you also did this?
(Syempre natawa ko, nagrereklamo na yata ito!!! bwahahaha!!!)
Actually I just bought fresh bangus (milkfish) and asked the seller to deboned it for me. Then went I got home, I just marinated it in vinegar, pepper and garlic. It’s that simple!
Well, cant blame the husband, I started making homemade longanisa kasi….
We feasted it for 2 consecutive breakfast last weekend 
He loved it. According to him, It tasted like his favorite skinless longanisa that we usally get from a certain fastfood! (hulaan nyo saan!) :)

oh my, i love skinless longganisa. i’m grabbing the recipe, and i didn’t know it was that simple to do daing na bangus. i’d like to start making my own since i always buy the prepacked ones.

Ang dami ng homemade ha. I remember it was so difficult to debone a milkfish. Although nung high school, may tinuro na strategy. Pero hindi yata ako nakikinig. =)

The kids love longganisa, although i don’t know how to make that, i remember doing some racket selling some packages to teachers in school.

longganisa definitely is one of my comfort food. i can live on it everyday kahit for a year pa siguro. the only thing that stopped me before from doing that before is having to clean the pan afterwards! hehe
ang galing mo ha, kung diyan lang ako, umorder na siguro ako sistah! way to go!
