Last weekend was so tiring. I was stirring with lots of things including some house chores, some work related things and online related things 
Anyway, I anticipated to start my week with all the positivity that I can get. Dont want to dampen my Monday morning

Alaminos Longanisa.
I have tried this kind of Longanisa when I was in Pangasinan. I instantly fell in love with it. Aside from its taste another thing that caught my attention to this variety was the way toothpicks or wooden sticks were used to divide the sausages instead of tieing the ends.
Anyway, I was so delighted when I saw this variety at the supermarket. I bought a pack to try it.
Hubz loved it and so do I. Hmmmm!
