Pasta Dinner

I played around the kitchen last night. What we have are 2 cans of  Tuna, Spaghetti sauce (tomato and cheese flavor) and a pack of angelhair pasta . Thus I came out with this for dinner.

Angelhair Pasta with Tuna in Red Sauce

I just threw everything in. It’s  like making your favorite red meat sauce, yun nga lang, I used canned tuna here.  Im not particularly fond of pasta with meat sauce, so canned tuna will always be in my priority ingridient  list  when Im making pasta  not unless I am cooking for kids ofcourse.

Anyway just in case you wanted to try this recipe out, do check it here.  Aside from that, I also have another pasta dish which I posted 4 years ago, Pasta in Tuna Marina Sauce. Perhaps you want to try it too. :)

Have a blessed weekend everyone!

  8. Looks yummy will try it once :) You know I have a simple but delicious recipe for plain tomato sauce pasta. The secret is the cooking time and herbs – Lots and lots of fresh tomatoes, add some tomato sauce just to thicken of course with the usual sauteed garlic and some onions. Add spices, bay leaf, oregano, rosemarie thyme…..then cook in low flame for at least an hour, the longer the better. Its really good! :)
