A jumpstart

For this week, I determined to have a healthy breakfast before coming to work. Because I wanted to have that delightful feeling before I start my day. Lately I’ve noticed getting up early and going to work was depressing. I feel so sluggish….I itched to be in bed the whole day and doze off. My bad!

I have to do something before I lose my job….hahahaha

The solution….

A healthy Breakfast.

A bowl of Oatmeal and Banana

I am not actually that adventurous in eating oatmeal. The truth is,  I find it too boring but like the bland tofu, adding some fruits will make the simple oatmeal a tasty meal. So here, I added sliced bananas and a dash of cinammon.  It was really, really good! Hmmm!!!!

Therefore you might ask what was the effect of the good breakfast….well, I am now early at work….not a latecomer for this week and no absences hahaha!

Oh….what is your breakfast today? Hope you did not skip it.

  1. Your oatmeal looks good! I love bananas in my cereal, whether its hot or cold. :) Breakfast is important so I’m glad you had yours – it gives you more energy and and keeps you going all day.

  9. This sounds good with the sprinkle of cinnamon in it! Good idea. I have never been a fan of oatmeal but I love bananas in cottage cheese. It’s really good that you are taking care of yourself- that oatmeal will stick to your ribs and turn you into a SuperWoman :0)

  10. that’s what i been eating for breakfast for 2 weeks na, yay! i dont know how long i can stand it, you know sometimes nag c crave tayo db, heheh good luck to us

  11. if there’s one meal I cant’ skip, it would be breakfast. I also eat oatmeal with bananas when I’m in the “diet and eat-healthy” mode. yun nga lang, I put some honey or milk in mine para may konting sweetness. :)
