Cooking time

At a coffee shop whiles the husband was busy with the free wifi, I got bored I looked around and saw some pile of magazines few meters away from me. I stride happily and saw some fashion magazine, celebrity magazine, an old copy of time. Then a food magazine captured my eyes.

I went back to my table and still the husband was busy with the free wifi. I sipped my cup and gently flicked one page to another. Then saw this easy recipe.I told myself, I will cook this, I will cook this. But before that I have to have a copy of the recipe. What to do?

Hmmm. memorize it nah I am not good in memorization. I took a photo using hubz cellphone camera but it was not good either. although we brought along our camera, I opted not to use it, the whole place was full of people and I am worrying that people might look at us and wonder what we are doing hahaha. So the easiest was to get a pen and paper and write it. I stretched inside my bag to get the paraphernalias I need. I got a pen and my notebook but hold it.. hold it.the pen I have is not what I am using for my notebook. The pen ballpoint is a bit thicker and it will mess my notebook hahaha. So I got to look for piece of paper to write the recipe. I don’t have any inside my bag. I looked on the table and saw table napkins that won’t work. The ink will blot. Alas, I remember the receipt of the coffee and pastry that I bought. It’s inside my wallet. I get it and with all my might, I wrote the recipe.

teriyaki-sauce

This morning for breakfast, I followed my messy unreadable writing hahahah! This is is what I got…

pork-teriyaki1

Pork Teriyaki

It was good. The husband love it. :)

Now if you like to try the recipe but cannot decipher my written recipe I clearly posted it here. lolz

Have a fabulous week!
