Weekend is almost over here and I would not want to end it without making something special for the husband! 
So for today’s dinner we had baked Chicken.
Since I got my oven, I am always excited to try recipes that requires baking lolz.
and here’s another one….I also baked snickerdoodle cookies this afternoon (you see I told you, I am excited)
Actually I really don’t know what snickerdoodle was. When I attended the baking class two weeks ago, that was the time I knew that it’s an old fashioned cookie that have a sugar cinnamon coating and a sweet and buttery flavor.
Okay for my snickerdoodles, I put too much cinnamon in the sugar, so my cookies was a bit cinnamony though it still taste good, next time I’ll just dash a hint of cinamon.
Hmmm I will try to post the recipe. This week is another busy work week for me. Oh boy!!!!

mm yummy! i wish i had a new oven. mine totally blows. that’s why i don’t bake as much as i do. i love to bake. esp. sweet things! yum!

I’ve never tried snickerdoodles before but I heard it from one of Barney’s episodes.
Yummeee! This is the first I heard of snickerdoodle. I’d love to try that. =)
