That was husband’s dinner last night. I prepared cod fish and onion with lemon butter sauce. I also cooked onion with tofu soup. Sorry no pic as husband was so eager to feast. Again, he gave a thumbs up for the nifty job.
Okay…. the title says dinner served for him…because he alone ate those while I had chicken tortilla wraps, yummy. I intend to make more wraps tomorrow for baon at work. ![]()
So, I have to go as the bed is calling me. See yah!

How did you prepare it? Fried? Baked? I have some tilapia sitting in my freezer that I want to cook. I remember when I was small my mom used to fry it. But Mr H is not keen on the smell of fried fish. What should I do?
